'description' => '<p><strong><u>PROPRIETES</u></strong></p><p><strong>ACCROPRIM</strong> est à base de résine butyrate polyvinylique, ce qui lui confère une adhérence exceptionnelle.</p><p><strong>ACCROPRIM</strong> est un primaire d’accrochage anti-corrosion recouvrable par tous types de finition (glycéro, plyuréthane, époxy, cellulosique, acrylique).</p><p><strong>ACCROPRIM</strong> permet d’obtenir une très bonne adhérence de la peinture sur toutes surfaces métalliques et sur tous les alliages légers.</p><p><strong>ACCROPRIM</strong> doit être recouvert dans les 24 heures afin d’obtenir une performance anti-corrosion optimale et une finition de qualité.</p><p><strong>ACCROPRIM</strong> ne contient pas de chromate de zinc.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>SUPPORTS</u></strong></p><p>Inox sablé, métaux ferreux exempts de rouille, acier galvanisé ou électrozingué, aluminium, les alliages légers, plastiques, PVC, fonte, mastic... (sur les PVC et plastiques, vu la diversité des composants, un essai préalable est préconisé).</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>PREPARATION DES SUPPORTS</u></strong></p><p>Les surfaces doivent être parfaitement dégraissées, dérouillées, rincées, séchées.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>PREPARATION DES MELANGES</u></strong></p><p>Bien homogénéiser le diluant réactif et la peinture avant utilisation.</p><p>1 volume de peinture + 1 volume de diluant réactif (le mélange peut être utilisé immédiatement et il a une durée de vie de 4 heures) ou 1 part de diluant pour une part de peinture en poids.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>APPLICATION</u></strong></p><p>Une seule couche au pistolet ou à l’airless. Egrenage possible après 30 mn au papier abrasif fin imbibé de diluant réactif.</p><p>Température d’application : entre 5 et 35°C.</p><p><strong>NETTOYAGE DU MATERIEL</strong> : Dilurust ou Diluprim.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>CARACTERISTIQUES A 20°C ET 65 % HR</u></strong></p><p>- Viscosité : 40» CNF4 + 5.</p><p>- Densité : 1,00 + 0,05.</p><p>- Extrait sec en poids : 35% + 2.</p><p>- Aspect : mat.</p><p>- Séchage : HP : 15 mn - Sec : 30 mn - Dur : 4h.</p><p>- Rendement : 8 à 10 m²/kg/couche de 15 à 25 microns.</p><p>- Recouvrable : après 30’ et avant 24h par finitions compatibles.</p><p>- Teinte : verdâtre.</p><p>Résiste à 180°C.</p><p>Conservation en emballage fermé : base 12 mois - diluant réactif 12 mois.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>AVANTAGES</u></strong></p><p>- Permet une super adhérence de tous types de peinture : glycérophtaliques, acryliques, polyuréthanes, époxy</p><p>- Sur toutes surfaces métalliques</p><p>- Sur les alliages légers, les PVC</p>',
