Son haut extrait sec (95%) permet un rendement important en une seule couche épaisse.</p><p><strong>EPOXCIM HR</strong> possède une résistance exceptionnelle aux produits alimentaires (alcool 15°, vin, lait…), aux produits chimiques (acides, bases, solvants, huiles hydrauliques, fuel, essence,</p><p>détergents, détartrants…), aux chocs, à l’abrasion, à la pression.</p><p><strong>EPOXCIM HR</strong> est renforcée par de la céramique afin de lui conférer une résistance exceptionnelle aux frottements et à l’abrasion. Son haut brillant glacé donne une surface lisse sur laquelle les souillures organiques et végétales n’ont que peu d’adhérence, facilitant et limitant ainsi le nettoyage.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>MODE D’EMPLOI</u></strong></p><p>- <u>Supports</u> : Acier (après sablage).</p><p>- <u>Préparation des supports</u> : Le support devra impérativement être dégraissé et sec.</p><p>- <u>Préparation du mélange</u> :</p><p><strong>Ordre d’incorporation impératif</strong> :</p><p>• En poids : 3,8kg de base + 1kg de durcisseur.</p><p>• En volume : 3 volumes de résine pigmentée + 1 volume de durcisseur.</p><p>Son haut extrait sec nécessite impérativement l’utilisation d’un agitateur mécanique afin d’obtenir un mélange homogène (attendre 10 mn avant d’utiliser le mélange). La durée de vie du mélange est de 30 mn après agitation à 20°C et 65% HR, à 30°C elle sera de 15 mn.</p><p>- <u>Application</u> : Pistolet Airless ou rouleau laqueur.</p><p>La température d’application doit être comprise entre 15 et 30°C. Pour tous supports recevant de l’eau, des produits chimiques etc... ou nécessitant une résistance chimique importante, il est impératif d’attendre au minimum 8 jours avant toute remise en service.</p><p>Nettoyage du matériel avec EPOXYDIL.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>CARACTERISTIQUES A 20°C et 65% HR</u></strong></p><p>- Viscosité : thixo</p><p>- Densité : 1,85 + 1</p><p>- Extrait sec : 95%</p><p>- Aspect : brillant</p><p>- Séchage : HP :1h – sec : 8h – dur : 48h</p><p>- Mise en service après 96h de séchage (4 jours)</p><p>- Rendement théorique pour une épaisseur de 250 à 300 microns : 2 à 4 m2/kg</p><p>- Recouvrable après 10h et avant 72h.</p><p>- Coloris : RAL 5009 (autres teintes par 24 kgs minimum)</p><p>- Conservation en emballage fermé : base 18 mois, durcisseur 6 mois. Description

PROPRIETES

EPOXCIM HR est une résine époxy durcissant avec une polyamine aliphatique modifiée et accélérée. Son haut extrait sec (95%) permet un rendement important en une seule couche épaisse.

EPOXCIM HR possède une résistance exceptionnelle aux produits alimentaires (alcool 15°, vin, lait…), aux produits chimiques (acides, bases, solvants, huiles hydrauliques, fuel, essence,

détergents, détartrants…), aux chocs, à l’abrasion, à la pression.

EPOXCIM HR est renforcée par de la céramique afin de lui conférer une résistance exceptionnelle aux frottements et à l’abrasion. Son haut brillant glacé donne une surface lisse sur laquelle les souillures organiques et végétales n’ont que peu d’adhérence, facilitant et limitant ainsi le nettoyage.

MODE D’EMPLOI

- Supports : Acier (après sablage).

- Préparation des supports : Le support devra impérativement être dégraissé et sec.

- Préparation du mélange :

Ordre d’incorporation impératif :

• En poids : 3,8kg de base + 1kg de durcisseur.

• En volume : 3 volumes de résine pigmentée + 1 volume de durcisseur.

Son haut extrait sec nécessite impérativement l’utilisation d’un agitateur mécanique afin d’obtenir un mélange homogène (attendre 10 mn avant d’utiliser le mélange). La durée de vie du mélange est de 30 mn après agitation à 20°C et 65% HR, à 30°C elle sera de 15 mn.

- Application : Pistolet Airless ou rouleau laqueur.

La température d’application doit être comprise entre 15 et 30°C. Pour tous supports recevant de l’eau, des produits chimiques etc... ou nécessitant une résistance chimique importante, il est impératif d’attendre au minimum 8 jours avant toute remise en service.
